8.81849 Pounds

This one time, when I was a bit confused, I just swam and ran

It cost me at least a month and 4 kilos to come out of  it.

Anyways, lets keep aside the confusion part, unknowingly I lost a good four kilograms in about a month....

Things I did then . . . .

Started .. The weekend of 4th Feb
Results .. First week of March

Time/day          55 mins

Activities        
Running - A Tread Mill is just fine no need to run on the streets
Duration - 20 mins each day, 3 k.ms.
Speed - The engineers should have calculated this. For other run at 9k.ms./hr

Swimming -
Duration - Avg. 35 mins, non-stop
Speed - 3 k.ms / hr
Swimming lingo - An Average of 35 lengths non-stop of a 25 metre pool

Diet - 6 small diets :)
9 a.m. Breakfast - keep it heavy- Poha/Beans/Idli/Wada/Eggs Milk/Fruits
12 p.m. Lunch - 1 veg., 3 chapatis(avg. size) with Dal and Salads
3 p.m. Post Lunch nibbling - a cup of black tea with 2 pieces brown bread
6 p.m. Evening Snacks - chat/fruit salad/something lite
------------------------------------So I used to Run & Swim at this time generally.
9 p.m. 2 eggs
10:30 p.m. dinner - Avoid Rice, same as lunch otherwise

Drink loads of water, and pursue this vigorously for a month, the results will make you happy.
